RESERVATIONS - RETURNING GUESTS FROM PRIOR YEAR
Reservations for the next year will be available during your vacation. As a full week renter in-season you will be eligible to book the same week for the next year. If you choose not to rent the same week for the next year prior to September 1st the week will become available to other renters for the following year. To hold the week rental, inform management, obtain a reservation confirmation and forward deposits:
50% deposit due prior to October 1st
50% balance due by May 1st
Other or NEW RENTERS bookings will be available starting on September 1st
PAYMENTS
US Dollars Only - if US Dollars but from a non-US Bank a foreign bank fee will be charged, which is a pass on charge from my US bank. Current bank charge is $25.00.

Returned checks or checks that need to be converted to US dollars will be charged the incurred bank fee.
CANCELLATIONS
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Exception - if your week gets rented in full then I will return any payments made
CHECK IN/OUT
· Check in is officially 3pm.
· Check out is any time before 10:30 am.
NO SMOKING
Ananda is a smoke free facility. Smoking tobacco, marijuana or other substances is not allowed on the premise which is not limited to; individual rooms, inside the cottage, from a window, on any enclosed, opened or screened porch or outside on Ananda property.
NO FLAMES
Ananda is over 100 years ago and thus no fire/flames are allowed in the house. No candles, no fireplace, etc.
NO ANIMALS/PETS
Ananda is an animal free facility.
LAUNDRY SERVICES
Washer and dryer available to main house rentals and will be shared with owner when on premises.
